
Donations of Equipment for New Autism Classes – September 2025
Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are delighted to announce that in September 2025, our school will be opening two new Autism Classes. This is an exciting and important development for our school community and we are committed to providing a supportive, inclusive and enriching environment for all students.
Establishing these classes involves a wide range of setup costs and as part of our preparations, we are reaching out to our school community to kindly ask for donations of suitable equipment that could benefit our students.
We would be most grateful for any items that are:
· In good, usable condition
· Complete (no missing pieces or parts)
Items can be dropped off at either the Front Office or the AEN (Additional Educational Needs) Office during school hours.

Examples of items we are looking for include:
Toys & Games (for social, cognitive and motor skills)
· LEGO sets (all sizes, preferably complete)
· Duplo blocks
· Board games (e.g., Connect 4, Guess Who, Jenga, Snakes & Ladders, Operation)
· Wooden puzzles and jigsaws (age-appropriate)
· Building sets (e.g. Magformers, Mega Bloks)
Sensory Toys & Tools
· Fidget toys (spinners, cubes, pop-its, etc.)
· Sensory balls or textured balls
· Weighted blankets or lap pads
· Lava lamps or bubble lamps
· Light projectors
· Tactile sensory boards
Physical & Movement Equipment
· Small gym equipment (e.g. spin bike, rowing machine, mini trampoline)
· Exercise balls or peanut balls
· Resistance bands
· Balance boards or wobble cushions
· Light hand weights or medicine balls
Comfort & Environment Enhancements
· Bean bags or soft seating
· Calm corner items (e.g. small tents, canopies)
· Storage boxes and containers (for keeping materials tidy)
Other suggested items
· Stress balls or hand therapy putty (for focus during reading tasks)
· Noise cancelling headphones/earmuffs
Impotant Notes:
· Please ensure all items are clean, complete and in safe working condition.
· Items should be boxed or bagged securely where possible.
