New Deputy Principal Appointment
Good afternoon parents and students,
I am very pleased to inform you that the Board of Management has appointed Mr Gary Brennan as the third Deputy Principal of St. Flannan’s College. Mr Brennan now joins the Senior Leadership Team alongside Mr Donal Cahir, Principal; Ms Gráinne Lynch, Deputy Principal and Mr Michael Donnellan, Deputy Principal;
Mr Brennan joined St. Flannan’s College in 2010 as a teacher of Physical Education, Gaeilge and SPHE, and has contributed significantly in many roles to the life of the College since that time. Most recently, he has served as Year Head, supporting students in both their academic and personal development. Mr Brennan has huge commitment to the values and ethos of our school and we are confident that he will make an outstanding contribution to the continued growth and development of the College in the years ahead.
I know that you will join me, our Patron, the Board of Management, and the entire school community in congratulating Mr Brennan on his appointment and in wishing him every success and fulfilment in his new role of leadership in a faith school.
