DEAR – Drop Everything and Read! is continuing for all 1st Year, 2nd Year and Transition Year students This initiative aims to spread the joy of reading and improve literacy skills. From next Monday, 23rd November the students will read for 20 minutes. Bring along a ‘Book in the Bag’ and we will Drop Everything and Read!

Rainbows provides group support for children and young people following a bereavement, parental separation and divorce (separate groups for bereavement and for separation/divorce). Meeting others of a similar age and in a similar situation can be very supportive and helpful for children and young people.
Rainbows is not a counselling group or professional therapy. It provides a safe space of meaningful listening support for children and young people – as often they do not want to cause further upset to parents and guardians or add to their worries.

Entry by visitors (including parents) to school reception must be by prior arrangement. Unscheduled appointments are not permitted. Schools have an obligation to minimise the number of visitors to schools.
Please ensure that your son/daughter have the necessary materials required for class. This year due to COVID19, dropping off items at reception is not feasible.
If there is an urgent need to drop an item at reception, an appointment must be made before arrival. If you have an appointment in the school, please bring a mask with you. We must maintain a 2 metre distance at all times between staff and visitors.
