U19 Girls Basketball – Regional Semi Final
Our U19 girls basketball team competed in the regional semi-final last week against Laurel Hill Coláiste. The game was finely balanced through the first two quarters with just four points separating the sides at half-time. The opposition managed to extend their lead in the third quarter, and despite a strong effort, our girls were unable to close the gap before the final buzzer. This result brings the U19 season to a close, with the focus now turning to 1st and 2nd year basketball which begins in the new year.
