Opening Year Mass
On Monday, students from 1st Year to Transition Year, accompanied by their teachers, attended our Opening Year Mass in the Cathedral. The Mass was celebrated by Fr Michael Collins, a past pupil of St Flannan’s College.
The celebration was enriched by the beautiful music provided by members of our Music Department and Trad Group, as well as by the readers who contributed to the ceremony.
On Wednesday, our 5th and 6th Year students attended Mass in the school chapel, celebrated by Fr Tom Ryan. This provided students with an opportunity to come together as a year group, reflect on the year ahead, and seek guidance and support as they begin the new school year.
